The one-time candidate for President, leader of the ultra-conservative Christian Coalition and full time coo-coo claimed that Venezuelan Presidente Hugo Chavez paid a million two to Osama bin Laden after the 9/11 attacks. He also contends that Chavez and his Marxist government are negotiating nuclear bomb makin's from Iran.
