Job training and education await those Colombian terrorists who are willing to become "former" Colombian terrorists. The decision to pony up the re-hab money follows a two year debate between the US State and Justice Depts. on whether the US would be providing "material support" to groups who are on the foreign terrorist organization watch list. Three groups are targeted for funds; the United Self-Defense Forces of Columbia (AUC), the Armed Forces of Columbia (FARC) and the National Liberation Army (ELN).
