Venezuelan-Owned CITGO Will Filler-up On the Rez


Venezuela's President Hugo Chavez has offered to bring low cost gasoline to Americas poor, including American Indian Tribal communities. Venezuelan-owned CITGO has set aside 10% of its refined oil products to be sold directly to "organized" poor communities and institutions in the US without intermediaries. CITGO presently has eight refineries in the United States.
