Bono's Beef: "US Politicians Using U2 Concerts For Fund-Raisers"
Much to the dismay of zealot lobbyist for "the worlds poor and AIDS-stricken", U2's Bono is miffed at Senate Republican Rick Santorum (PA) for using his concert as a fund raiser. Santorum's mouth piece, Bob Traynham stated today that Santorum has "the deepest respect and admiration for Bono and their work together to fight AIDS." Traynham also said that it's routine for elected officials to host fund-raisers at sporting and cultural events.
