American Troops Help Angola Practice Rescue Operations

American Troops (200+) attached to the Europe Based Command (EUCOM) were in Angola this past week working with numerous branches of the Angolan armed forces (FAA). The operation called Med-Flag2005 was designed to improve Angola's national plan on rescue and salvation operations from calamities and natural disasters. Maybe we should invite the Angolans along with our own European based troops to set up a similar exercise at home before the next disaster strikes the US.
