Little Teenee Paraguay Picked on by Bully Neighbors;
Wants To Make Friends With US Military

Brazil and Argentina are very upset with their little neighbor and member of the common Market of the South (MERCOSUR), Paraguay. Apparently Secretary of Defense Don Rumsfeld's visit last month to talk about the possible settlement of a US military base in Paraguay isn't setting well with leaders from South Americas two largest countries. Bush Not Welcomed In South America

Much like the latest US polls, 53% of South Americans described their perception of the US leader as "bad" or "very bad." Anti-Summit of the Americas activists have gone as far as calling Mr Bush, the Hitler of the 21st century. Coupled with the recent news of a possible new US Military Base being built in Paraguay, Mr Bush isn't probably going to be receiving the warmest of welcomes on his trip to Argentina in November...Chet

Sir Malcolm Wants Tony's Wicket
